Tenía mis dudas al probarlo dado que el yerba mate solo inicialmente no me gustaba mucho pero este está delicioso. El maca le da un dulzor natural y jenjibre un toque especiado.

En mi caso, suelo compaginar el café con chaga que noto bastante para ir a hacer deporte por las mañanas, con el extracto de melena de león. Lo que he notado desde que lo tomo es la lucidez en ciertos momentos como a la hora de elaborar discursos, generar ideas, etc. De alguna forma uno se siente más despierto y lucido. Lo recomiendo mientras compaginas o alternas con otro tipo de hongos.
