Llevo tiempo queriendo reducir el café y esta me ha parecido muy buena alternativa para cuando quiero algo después de comer, pero también he probado a tomarlo por la mañana y he comprobado que me da cero ansiedad y me ayuda a tener energía más estable durante el día. Soy fan de los adaptógenos así que esta combinación me parece estupenda. Lo único por lo que no le doy 5 estrellas es porque tienes que esperar a diluir bien el producto para consumirlo y que no quede “polvito”, cosa que es algo normal y no me molesta tampoco

Tenía mis dudas al probarlo dado que el yerba mate solo inicialmente no me gustaba mucho pero este está delicioso. El maca le da un dulzor natural y jenjibre un toque especiado.

En mi caso, suelo compaginar el café con chaga que noto bastante para ir a hacer deporte por las mañanas, con el extracto de melena de león. Lo que he notado desde que lo tomo es la lucidez en ciertos momentos como a la hora de elaborar discursos, generar ideas, etc. De alguna forma uno se siente más despierto y lucido. Lo recomiendo mientras compaginas o alternas con otro tipo de hongos.

Un café qui a changé ma vie. Je consomme beaucoup moins de café ordinaire (2 par jour maximum quand je suis au travail) alors que j’étais une consommatrice excessive et hyper nerveuse. J’ai testé d’autres alternatives: version gélule et poudre via d’autres marques mais je reviens systématiquement à upraising. Moins pratique en voyage et déplacement et un peu cher mais tellement plus efficace. On peut dire que financièrement vu que je consomme moins de café cela revient au même!
I have not personally felt a huge add on from the mushrooms, highly likely because im an occasional coffee drinker. Tastes great, makes me feel good, going to give it another go!
