Upraising Effects S.L. is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.upraising.co (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you sign up on an online form, make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, you need to provide certain information about you, including an email address, your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Transactional  Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Transactional Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
